We offer three different Griddle Cleaning Systems to choose from. The GCSHR features our GPH10HR holder which is made from a high heat resistant plastic and has gripping teeth for holding the griddle pad firmly in place. Included with the handle are 40 Griddle Screens and 10 Griddle Pads. The GCS features our GSH482 holder with a metal textured bottom and plastic handle. Included with the handle are 40 Griddle Screens and 10 Griddle Pads. The GCSHR20 features the GPH10HR (mentioned above), 20 Griddle Screens and 10 Griddle Pads.

Griddle Pads
Ideal for light griddle cleaning and polishing. When used alone on a warm griddle, this pad will do light cleaning and polish the griddle surface to bring back the shine. A Griddle Pad must be used when using a Griddle Screen and Holder. The pad allows particles from the griddle to soak up through the screen and prevents the screen from clogging.
Griddle Screens
Use Griddle Screens for those times when you do not need to clean a heavily charred griddle or for use after cleaning with a Grill Brick. For more effective cleaning, use the Griddle Screen with a Griddle Pad. Griddle should be 212˚F or less. The pad allows the particles from the griddle to soak up through the Griddle Screen and will help keep the screen from clogging.
